Beautiful choices! I love your jeans, great fit.

The green resonates a lot with me, it feels like an update to the sage green that has been everywhere in summer (and with me, I love it), and now it transits into fall slightly warmer. Beyond the neutrals green is always one of my more colored choices, and the green / blue denim combo rocks for me in any shade. So beautiful!

Thanks Anne - I feel exactly the same way! x

Hi Anna, I’m a long time follower (since vivianna) and no “shade”, but I just wondered if it was fair to call this post on Instagram five things that you “bought” this month - since technically weren’t all of these gifted? I just wondered if the language could perhaps be more transparent, particularly in these current challenging economic times? Especially when it’s from such an expensive website that the majorly of readers can probably rarely afford? Thanks!

Totally appreciate that! I actually bought these items with my own money (I always put ad - gifted, after any gifted items!). I work with NET-A-PORTER on a paid basis, but they only loan items, never gift, so if I want to add something into my wardrobe full time then I have to buy them. Hope that clears it up! x

Ah ok, thank you! I find “ad” / “gifted” so confusing - I assumed all ads were gifted, my mistake! Thanks for replying 💖

No worries Emily! X

Love this post! Have been looking for a good dupe for your Celine loafers and came across these which I think you’ll love! https://www.meandem.com/contemporary-snake-square-toe-loafer-tan

STUNNING, and I love your kid in a candy shop reaction to Netaporter sponsorship. I feel it by association and I feel that way when I shop them ;-) XX

Love the green jumper. I bought an end of winter Uniqlo green cashmere jumper last year for my mum which is the exact shade of the toteme. Wish I had bought two now!

Has anyone in the UK seen this and can describe if the color is true to screen? It could be a good dupe for the Toteme green sweater

Anna I’m sure you mentioned a good cut of arket jeans the other week? Are you able to remind me which ones they were?! Xx

Yes - the SNOW style! People in the chat say they look great, but it's worth sizing up for a slightly more relaxed fit x

Love this post! Curious how the Loulou jeans compare to the Agolde Harper denim if anyone has tried both?

Expand full comment

I've tried both! Harpers are wider in the leg and lower on the waist. Hope that helps! x

That’s very helpful, thank you :)

My favourite jumper is olive green too! I bought it thinking it was a much brighter grass green but I've come to appreciate the more subdued green of it and the way it combines with other colours. Olive/darker greens look especially good with burgundy or rust, I find.

(I'm a fan of red but mainly in small doses (patent leather ballet flats here, bit of a print there, lipstick) but green in its various shades is a far easier head-to-toe wear, if one is so inclined)

Agreed! I have to say a patent leather ballet flat in a burgundy is really hitting the spot for me right now, too! x

Green is my fave color and have been wearing it for the past year and a half! It’s so sophisticated, but not too much. Just the right amount for any occasion 💚

Lié is such a nice brand, out of budget, but one can dream.
