Rating My Purchases of 2024 So Far

Some hits.... and some misses.

One day, you blink, and it’s JUNE. Mad, I know. Seeing as we’re almost halfway through the year, I thought I’d do a little shopping check-in, round-up and rate everything that I’ve purchased so far in 2024. At the beginning of the year, I vowed to purchase one item a month, and although that started off strong, I’ve veered off the path a little, so I think this audit has come at the right time.

Now, bear in mind that this isn’t the complete picture of what’s been added to my wardrobe. Because of this utterly bizarre set-up that I amazingly get to call my job, I’ve been gifted some INCREDIBLE items from brands like Sézane, St Agni and Sandro, Toteme and Soeur (thanks to my partnership with Selfridges). Plus, all those incredible pieces from NET-A-PORTER that I bought for our Mallorca trip and were specifically for a job we shot there but are now mine to wear again and again. So it’s messy and a bit confusing, and I think the best way to round it all up is to do a full, all-encompassing stock take at the end of the year.
