MONDAY
Monday’s outfit was inspired by a look I shared in this week’s wishlist post. A combination of red, blue, black and beige felt a bit more spring-like than what I’d been wearing so far this month. Sometimes it’s nice to pair oversized with oversized, especially for a more relaxed look like this. I just make sure there are a few more streamlined pieces thrown into the recipe to balance it out, so here you have: OVERSIZED: Jumper + Jeans + Trench and STREAMLINED: Bag + Shoes. I did the same with the black for balance, an Allison Bornstein trick to ‘punctuate’ the overall vibe, and just dotting black throughout the look, making it feel lighter. So, as well as opting for a black bag and loafers, there’s a black belt nestled under there too, distributing it evenly throughout.

TUESDAY
I filmed Tuesday’s look if you want to see it in motion, but it was inspired by an outfit I’d worn pretty much in exactly the same way last week. Got to love an outfit, repeat, baby! Ultimately, I feel like this is a good base to work from that can be tweaked and edited, especially for a day of chill plans, especially at the weekend: long-sleeved T-shirt + oversized jumper + wide-leg jeans + textured loafers + car coat or trench + textured bag + signature jewellery. The tones, the outfit, the whole thing! You’ll probably see this next week, too. Perfect for a day of working-from-home and errands.
