The Weekly Wishlist: Spring Jackets, Cream Jeans & A Dash of Green
Plus the recipe for a wardrobe refresh...
This newsletter includes:
The cream jeans that offer a little something different, a great dupe for my Toteme green jumper and a Loewe Puzzle-esque bag in LEOPARD PRINT.
Everything I’ve read, watched and saved for you this week - YouTube videos, articles, Substacks, the lot.
My wardrobe maintenance checklist, an interiors moodboard to draw colour inspiration from and three outfit formulas to try this week.
Plus, an exclusive styling video that you won’t find anywhere else. This one might just be my favourite one yet.
Free subscribers will be able to preview the first three items from the list, and paid subscribers will be able to see the full six-piece edit every week, along with the rest of my style digest (think screengrabs, recreations, my favourite reads and a peek at my Notion wish list). Paid subscribers will also have exclusive access to my Weekly Wardrobe Diary, which will detail every single thing I’ve worn in the week prior and hopefully arm you with ALL THE OUTFIT INSPO. Plus a monthly style clinic where you can send me your wardrobe woes for me to solve. A subscription works out at £1.15 per week if you sign up for the monthly plan - see it as a wardrobe investment because you’ll have outfit formulas by the bucketload. The next instalment will be in your inbox on Sunday evening/early Monday morning. See you then!
Faithful Felice Top* (I have the M)
Remember this top from last summer? Faithful have reimagined it in brown, and it’s bloody beautiful. 100% linen and with a tie at the back to adjust the waist as you please, I wore mine most with a pair of white linen wide-leg trousers or relaxed-fit pale-wash jeans. It was a summer holiday must for me.
Whistles Neutral Spot Barrel Leg Jeans*
I know I like my leopard print to have a little texture to it, so printed styles don’t really do it for me in the same way. But I’m making an exception for these jeans because I love the warm cheetah print and the barrel-leg fit. They just feel a little more polished than other styles that I’ve seen. I’d wear a pair with a crew-neck black jumper or cardigan (or navy!) and a pair of pointed black heeled boots for a pulled-together look.
Reformation Veda Celine Jacket* (I’d order this in a M)
It’s that point in the season where I’m yearning for a lighter jacket, so I had 180 tabs open to share with you but managed to edit it down to these two styles. The swing jacket fit of this black suede number from Ref feels timeless. A nod to the ’90s in a subtle way. I’m also down for black suede, as it’s far easier to care for than other colours. Then the Alex Mill Chiltern Street Jacket* still feels like a good bet for when you need to throw on a layer before you leave the house. The waxed cotton is practical, but I keep coming back to that red…
