This newsletter includes:
The high-street leopard print bag if you missed out on the & Other Stories one, the chill ‘throw it over everything’ coat and the jacket you’ll want to wear as a top.
Everything I’ve read and watched this week (I’m testing a new format here, so let me know if you like it!)
Some outfit ideas for the week including a WFH ‘power’ look, a layered party vibe and some ideas for how to elevate your errand outfit formulas.
This week’s Wardrobe Report and a video on how I’ll be dressing this holiday season (think chilling at home, the ‘big’ day and all those gatherings).
Free subscribers will be able to preview the first three items from the list, and paid subscribers will be able to see the full six-piece edit every week, along with the rest of my style digest (think screengrabs, recreations, my favourite reads and a peek at my Notion wish list). Paid subscribers will also have exclusive access to my Weekly Wardrobe Diary, which will detail every single thing I’ve worn in the week prior and hopefully arm you with ALL THE OUTFIT INSPO. Plus a monthly style clinic where you can send me your wardrobe woes for me to solve. A subscription works out at £1.15 per week if you sign up for the monthly plan - see it as a wardrobe investment because you’ll have outfit formulas by the bucketload. The next instalment will be in your inbox on Sunday evening/early Monday morning. See you then!
Daphine Siena Earrings*, Clara Hoops* & Kaia Earrings*
Daphine are a good place to check out if you’re looking for Lié Studio-esque earrings but for half the price (I’ve found the quality to be really decent - my sensitive ears can tolerate them!). I feel like they lean a little more structured and sculptural, but these are the kinds of earrings that I like to have on hand to play dress up when all I’m wearing is a black cashmere jumper and a pair of jeans.
A.EMERY The Ester Dress* (I’d order a 12)
I can’t remember who linked this dress, but I instantly screengrabbed it because it reminded me of one that Laura Harrier wore, that I’ve been thinking about for MONTHS (it comes in black and cream, too). It might be more for my Southern Hemipshere babes right now, but you could layer it up and wear it as a skirt with a big chunky knit on top. I was surprised to see that it wasn’t silk, but I guess it’s so it doesn’t wrinkle (good read on the composition here!).
Hervé Lèger Veronica Top* (I’d order a M - it also comes in white*)
I’m always trying to find a good dupe for the Isabel Marant Jalia Top that I picked up a few years ago (see me wearing it here) and stumbled across this. It’s a really similar shape and has the same sort of bust-ruching that provides some detail. It comes in white, too* if that’s more your vibe. If you’re after another ‘nice top to wear with jeans’, this is another good option*, it feels a bit Toteme-y and is currently 30% off.
