The Weekly Wishlist: Links I've Been Dying To Share With You
Plus, what to buy and what to leave behind in your DONNI shopping basket.
This newsletter includes:
Links I’ve collected for you over the past month: a great pair of WFH trousers, an office bag with a twist, and a suede jacket that’s actually in stock.
What I’ve been reading, a.k.a. all the Substacks I’ve been dying to share with you and a lay of the land update on my wardrobe report.
A sneak peek of a cracking Indyx Lookbook that’s made me *very* excited to get dressed.
Plus, an exclusive video that you’ll only find here, where I review every single piece of DONNI clothing I own.
Free subscribers will be able to preview the first three items from the list, and paid subscribers will be able to see the full six-piece edit every week, along with the rest of my style digest (think screengrabs, recreations, my favourite reads and a peek at my Notion wish list). Paid subscribers will also have exclusive access to my Weekly Wardrobe Diary, which will detail every single thing I’ve worn in the week prior and hopefully arm you with ALL THE OUTFIT INSPO. Plus a monthly style clinic where you can send me your wardrobe woes for me to solve. A subscription works out at £1.15 per week if you sign up for the monthly plan - see it as a wardrobe investment because you’ll have outfit formulas by the bucketload. The next instalment will be in your inbox on Sunday evening/early Monday morning. See you then!
COS Scarf-Detail Wool Cape* (I’d order this in a XS/S as COS tends to come up large)
I’m trying to focus on basics that aren’t just basics; you know what I mean. Like those pieces that feel like they elevate but are still practical and things you want to reach for every day. This jumper feels like that. Is it a top? Is it a cape? Who knows? I just know that it would look fab with a pair of wide-leg cream jeans.
I know everyone is going wild over this sold-out pair* (although the taupe is still in stock), but I prefer the milder crimping pattern on these. Super understated and no-doubt extremely comfortable, I’d be pairing them with jeans and a pair of grey socks for the chilly weather.
ALIGNE Daphne Waisted Knit* (I’d order this in a 12)
Keeping on the ‘basics that aren’t too simplistic’ train, we have this tailored cardigan. Thanks to my long torso, I benefit greatly from a top that shows off a bit of waistline, and this feels like it could do that in a very work-appropriate way if you were to pair it with a pair of tailored trousers and pointy-heeled boots.
